With Plant Service Schedular your daily input and monitoring of your plant is mostly available form two screens. The first screen (see below). Lets you see all your plant at once with any plant or vehicles that require a service have a orange ball beside them along with a red ball if any faults are listed with this piece of plant. If you select the tab called "Plant in Service Window" you will be presented with a listing of the vehicles that are in need of a service. Likewise if you wish to know what vehicles are where you select the tab "Located at" and select which location you wish to know which vehciles are there. All these visible options of course may be printed out if so desired. Red dots after the plant number indicate a fault has been registered and a orange dot means that a service is due on this plant. You may define what type of plant it is from a truck to a scooter. The list available is self mainatining.

The second screenshot is of the main data input area for the plant. In here you enter and maintain all the running costs of your plant. On the bottom left you enter any of the plants defects and when they are repaired you come back here to mark the repairs as completed. This is done in the Defects reported area. In the service window you may enter any of the different type of services required along with when they are due. Like the faults you simply tell the software that the service is complete and it will automatically adjust when the next service is due. If any of the services are due they will also have a orange dot along side them. You may in here also maintain the operators of the plant, make any notes you want to remember, add running costs (ie fuel, lease payments etc), lastly you may include any images that you want associated with this plant.

The next screen shot is from the window of the "Defects Reported" area. This area is where you report the fault and then latter you may come back and add the parts etc that was required for repair to be carried out. This enable the actual cost of running the plant to be accurately maintained.

The last screen shot shows you the similar window used for servicing of the plant. In the services you may build which parts are required for which service. In the inventory section you are shown which plant uses which parts. Useful for planing services etc.
